We will guarantee you the lowest price on your window covering needs by beating any other written estimate by at least 10% of the difference. We must receive a copy of the written estimate to verify the # of windows, materials, competitor and estimate. The estimate must be for the same workmanship and material. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer. 

WARRANTY

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Southern Shade warrants that our interior window products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. Exterior Screens will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years.

This warranty does not cover defects that result from abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, exposure to the elements, excessive humidity, or failure to follow use and care instructions. All material can lose original intensity after long exposure to the elements. This warranty does not cover claims for incidental, remote or consequential damages. Additionally, this warranty does not cover defects which are the result of improper or non-specified assembly or installation. This warranty also does not cover any condition or damage resulting from removal of the product or reinstallation in the same or any other window or application.

Include your name, address, a description of the problem, the date of purchase, and the date and conditions under which the problem occurred. An original bill of sale or receipt must be provided to verify the original purchase date.

This warranty is non-transferable and gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

RETURNS

When you order custom window fashions from Southern Shade each product is individually manufactured for each window using custom measurements and options. For this reason, we can only accept returns on orders that are defective. If there is a defective product Southern Shade will repair or replace the product at no charge. Because of the time in which your order is processed and products are manufactured, there are no cancellations.
